The Centre for Atmospheric Research is lucky enough to have access to a wide range of resources within the University of Canterbury and further afield. Because the Centre combines several very different departments, students and academics have access to an extensive range of equipment, technical expertise and information. Departmental Equipment and Facilities
Visiting Erskine Fellowships are prestigeous awards for the purpose of bringing leading academics and scientists to the University of Canterbury to give lectures in the Faculties of Commerce, Engineering or Science. The award is open to persons who speak the English language fluently and who have established a reputation in their disciplines. The fellowship is normally awarded for a period of from 1 to 3 months. A number of leading atmospheric scientists from several different countries have visited the University of Canterbury over recent years as Erskine Fellows.
